Yes, individual photos work perfectly too. Please make sure to include 2-3 photos of everyone if possible in high quality.
I need high quality photos, possible 2-3 of every characters. Make sure that the lighting is natural, and the photo is not cropped; the head can be seen. NOTE, if you only send me photos with sunglasses/hats I won't know how the person looks without them so I will draw them with these accessories.
You can see it under "My orders" tab in your profile, if you have registered. If you did not register we will keep you updated via emails.
Yes, you can! In this case please choose "Custom" when choosing the border for your drawing. Note, that the custom ones are a bit more expensive.
Yes, you can rush the processing time. You need to purchase an add-on in order to have it ready sooner.
That depends on what you bought. Since everything is custom and handmade it can take more time. For portraits it's usually 7-15 days for the digital version. For other products its around 7 days. Note, that I don't work on the weekends.
After I receive your order I will start the work. Note, that there might be a queue of orders - in that case I only start the work after a few days. Within the given deadline (around 7-15 days) I will finish your portrait/product and get back to you to see if any changes are needed. Once finalized, your product will be shipped to you.
The portraits are drawn by my digitally. They are digital portraits, not pencil drawings.
I sell both digital and physical/print versions. Print versions are more expensive due to shipping and printing.
The digital ones can be any size, but mostly they are 8x11"/21x29cm big. For the prints I offer the following sizes: 4x6"/10x15cm; 5x7"/13x18cm; 8.7x11.3"/21x29cm.
I print the portraits on Premium Glossy Photopaper that can withstand severe weather for around 70-80 years. They are packaged and shipped with a hard cardboard to make sure they don't bend/won't be damaged.

Yes, every package is shipped as priority tracked, a tracking number will be provided to you once your porduct shipped.
That is very unlikely to happen but if it happens, we will provide a replacement.
Yes, you can ask for changes. Changes are free to make but your characters won't be re-drawn.
